It's good to see that the studio artists have ramped up the techniques by putting a little bit of movement into some of the groups. During clashes, it is not only the bosses that transform, but the stages as a whole. The new musical themes are excellent and more diverse in their genres than before. Whether for eyes or ears, the Cuphead at The Delicious Last Course is a treat. The action seemed to us more readable than in the base game, thanks to easily recognizable new boss patterns, fewer on-screen projectiles, and better controllable tables.

The Holy Grail that studio MDHR sells for a simple gold-plated mug would have passed if the finishes hadn't reached the legendary level we expected. Thanks to the sophisticated Mrs. Challis and a new gang of confused bosses, Cuphead and Mugman have very good arguments to plunge us back into their moving fate. While its low price mitigates any grievances, we would have liked a more content-rich experience, especially after so many years of waiting. If it doesn't turn water into wine, The Delicious Last Course is a strong-tasting drink that can be enjoyed with every sip.
